Agricultural COOPERATIVES, and especially POULTRY COOPERATIVES, have suffered serious damage in recent years, despite their important role in production and employment. The present study seeks to accurately identify the problems of these COOPERATIVES and prioritize their most important harms in various fields. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the vulnerability of POULTRY COOPERATIVES in Hamadan province. This research was conducted adopting survey research method with an applied approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of members of the board of directors of POULTRY COOPERATIVES who were studied by census. The most important data collection tool in the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire whose face- validity was confirmed by experts. To evaluate the reliability of the main scale of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated that the figure was 0.85 indicating reliability of the tool of study. The research findings were analyzed using SPSS25 statistical software. Using factor analysis technique, vulnerability were classified into five groups. "Infrastructure damage-innovation" was explained as the most important factor by explaining 26.08% of the variance. This factor together with other injuries "economic-market injuries", "socio-cultural environmental injuries", "internal organizational injuries" and "managerial injuries" in total 63.96% of the variance explained the total vulnerability of COOPERATIVES.

Given the importance of agricultural products marketing, in the present study different aspects of livestock products marketing in Khuzestan province with emphasis on the role of COOPERATIVES was assessed. Data was obtained from 450 community producers, COOPERATIVES, wholesalers, retailers and consumers of livestock products through a questionnaire. The results of the research showed that production COOPERATIVES did not play a significant role in marketing products. As a matter of fact, the lowest capital was given to marketing activities and. devoted to the cooperative sector.

This manuscript shows the findings of a research that investigated the effects of trainings on the members and the employees of the POULTRY COOPERATIVES in Tehran Province on the performance of these COOPERATIVES. To analyze the data, χ2, correlation coefficient, one way-analysis of variance, and Duncan Test were used. The results of the study showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between training of members and performance of COOPERATIVES. The more the trainings were related to type of occupation or responsibility, the larger were the effects on the cooperative performance. COOPERATIVES with more specialized top managers, offered more training to their members. Compared to COOPERATIVES with more training, the members had less participation in increasing their investment.

POULTRY products are among most important food products that can improve food security to a great extend. However, it is very important to produce these products in an economically viable manner. In this research an attempt is made to measure Average Product (AP), Marginal Product (MP), Value of Marginal Product (VMP) and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of cooperative POULTRY units in Sistan region with the help of both secondary and primary data. Primary data which have been gathered through distributing questioners among producers were processed with the usage of EXCEL statistical software. With the intention of quantifying AP, MP a transcendental production function is estimated with the help of EVIEWS software and then from the production function MP and AP method is utilized. The results show that in order to increase production in this sector technological change is necessary.

The general goal of this research was to study the effective factors in the success of the POULTRY-farm COOPERATIVES in Tehran province. Based on multi-stage cluster sampling and Chocran formulas, 7 COOPERATIVES and 121 members were selected from 18 COOPERATIVES with 1410 members. After completion of questionnaires, the AHP method was employed for scaling. Statistical tests (factor analysis and alpha coefficient) showed that this research has a high construction validity and reliability. The research results showed that cooperative functions toward fulfillment of members' demands were weak. Results of the path model showed that effective factors in the success of COOPERATIVES (from highest to the lowest) are: knowledge of cooperative principles by the members, performance of COOPERATIVES union, the rate of benefit members obtain from COOPERATIVES, the rate of participation in cooperative affairs, extra-organizational factors, the rate of member sharing instruction and managers' skills. Also, the success of COOPERATIVES much relies on inter-organizational fact ors.The amount of members' share from education, participation in cooperative's affairs, the managers' specialty and skills, and knowledge of COOPERATIVES' principles are very weak. Research results indicated that there is a direct and statistically significant correlation between these independent variables and the success of COOPERATIVES in Tehran province.

Considering the role of agricultural COOPERATIVES on rural and agricultural development, identifying and analyzing the factors affecting the performance of COOPERATIVES, especially with regard to entrepreneurship are essential. The purpose of this article is to study the effect (s) of entrepreneurship on agricultural COOPERATIVES performance. The study population consisted of POULTRY COOPERATIVES members of Kermanshah Province, Iran (N=1012). Of them, a sample of 220 respondents was selected using Cochran's formula by stratified random sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by faculty members of universities of Tehran, Lorestan and agricultural COOPERATIVES experts in Kermanshah Province. The Cronbach α was used to estimate the questionnaire reliability, which was found to be acceptable (a2=0.88, a3=0.80). The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, using SPSS20. The results revealed that entrepreneurship had a Sig. nificant and positive effect on the performance of COOPERATIVES. Also, the multivariate regression analysis with stepwise method showed that Regression to go three steps forward and about 37% of the changes be explained. Therefore, we recommend that managers of the agricultural COOPERATIVES take measures to develop and promote entrepreneurship component in their COOPERATIVES to achieve sustainable rural development.

Organizational entrepreneurial orientation is an essential feature to enhance the performance of COOPERATIVES. Organizational entrepreneurship orientation as a function of the amount of development entrepreneurship is affected by barriers the development of organizational entrepreneurship. So, investigate the effects of these barriers on organizational entrepreneurial orientation in order to control, modify or even eliminate its effects, particularly in agricultural COOPERATIVES, for the improving performance of agricultural COOPERATIVES is essential. So, the purpose of this paper was to investigate the effects the aspects barriers the development of organizational entrepreneurship on organizational entrepreneurial orientation in agricultural COOPERATIVES. The population consisted of POULTRY COOPERATIVES members of Kermanshah province, west of Iran (F=1012). A sample of 220 respondents was selected using Cochran's formula by stratified random sampling method. For collecting data, use of a researcher made questionnaire. Questionnaire validity was confirmed by expert panel. Cronbach's alpha was used to estimate the reliability. The reliability was calculate to be acceptable(a1=0.88, a2=0.95). In this study the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by using SPSS20 software. The stepwise multivariate regression analysis showed that psychological, administrative, educational and protective -support barriers has a negative impact on the dependent variable was predicted. COOPERATIVES managers by reduce these effects can development to intrapreneurship in own COOPERATIVES. Therefore it is recommended to increase the knowledge of members and administrators about obstacles negative effects.

A Gross profit function for computing confidence intervals for functions of maximum likelihood modeling and delta method was used to compute the confidence interval for a change in the probability function to bankruptcy prediction. Data on the average consumption of inputs and the production, in a 30, 000 POULTRY segments, Summing up through the establishment of specialized panels group of POULTRY farmers was gained. Also the price of live POULTRY, soybean feed, corn and day-old chicks were extracted from the company support animal country information network website to form of daily. Profit and loss statement POULTRY units, the composition of production costs and cost per kg for three categories of POULTRY according to the financial structure were calculated. The relationship between the price of POULTRY and the probability of bankruptcy in three POULTRY farms in the price range of 35000 Rials to 60000 Rials was calculated. The results showed that, in the average price of alive POULTRY (50164 Rials) investigated, the probability of bankruptcy POULTRY farms lack working capital and have banking facilities installments was 73%, POULTRY farms with working capital and payments for providing banking facilities, was 32% and POULTRY farms that they had adequate financial resources and no bank debt, probability of bankruptcy for them was almost5%. Providing working capital for POULTRY and POULTRY processing plants, Removing brokers, and direct sales of POULTRY to slaughterhouses through the POULTRY Unions, monitoring the price of the main inputs and adjusting the market for two inputs of maize and soybeans, will play an important role in reducing the risk of bankruptcy of POULTRY COOPERATIVES in Sistan and Baluchestan province
